We work with governments to build climate finance opportunities and develop restoration and conservation projects.

The technology beneath them gives investors and regulators evidence they can check.

Sovereign Climate Infrastructure

National carbon registries, commodity compliance systems, digitised regulatory frameworks, and registration and benefit sharing administration. All delivered as sovereign assets on one digital foundation.

Service Protocol

Scope

National Carbon Register

Projects from listing to closure, unit issuance to retirement, Article 6 records and the public register.

Commodity Compliance

Shipment-level deforestation and legality evidence for regulated commodities, on the same foundation.

Regulatory Digitisation

Approvals and decisions processed through a requirements engine aligned to the statutory forms.

Sector Journeys

Pre-configured pathways for national approval, Verra, FSC and PEFC. Configure once, answer once.

Proof

Sovereignty of the function

Government runs the registry. We provide the technology and take no approval, authorisation or issuance decision.

Integrity of the record

Every action is written to a hash-chained, append-only audit ledger, with per-record verification on migration to national hardware.

Fiscal cleanliness

Statutory fees flow to the national revenue authority in full on a dedicated rail. The platform holds no funds and clears no trades.

International recognition

Unit identifiers follow Decision 2/CMA.3, corresponding adjustments are tracked against the NDC balance and files are prepared for UNFCCC reporting.

Managed Carbon Projects

We establish carbon projects on behalf of government, either to develop ourselves or to transfer to accredited developers. Administration covers performance measurement, permanence tracking and safeguards reporting for the full crediting period.

Service Protocol

Scope

EACC Projects

Reduction and removal projects we originate and run on our own account, under the same standards and records.

Establishment & Transfer

Feasibility, design, baseline and boundary, consents, validation, national approval and registration, then transfer.

Accreditation

Proponent status acknowledged by government through the approval naming the developer.

Administration

Implementation measurement, benefit sharing audit, permanence and reversal management, safeguards and renewal filings.

Proof

Clean title to the opportunity

The project, its carbon rights and its credits are recorded on the National Carbon Registry, traceable to polygon and instrument. Accreditation confers no interest in land.

Approved economics

The benefit sharing plan is approved by government under the national regulations before credits move.

Verifiable performance

Field observation of interventions with growth and quality audits, reconciled to the registered project description on a verification-ready cadence.

Durability

Reversal reporting, buffer pool accounting, remediation evaluation and estate-wide response to fire and encroachment.

One standard

Our own projects carry the same controls, records and audits as the projects we administer for others. We are measured by the rules we sell.

Managed Land Concessions

Licensed land parcels ready to plant, with certified boundaries, legal clearance, community consent and concession management for the whole tenure.

For plantation & agroforestry operators

Service Protocol

Scope

Establishment

Screening, cadastre verification, certified boundary survey, counsel opinion, encumbrance removal, environmental clearance, soils and security.

Consent & Community

Free, prior and informed consent, benefit sharing terms and a grievance mechanism live before mobilisation.

Licence & Agreement

One tripartite concession agreement, with the statutory licence issued in the operator’s name annexed to it.

Management

Annual tenure searches, one institutional register, compliance statements, community administration and boundary patrols.

Market Access

Plot-to-consignment traceability feeding movement permits, certification journeys and export evidence.

Proof

Bankable Tenure

The land right sits in a statutory licence in the operator’s own name over a certified polygon. No right passes through us, and we hold no interest in the land.

A clean start

At handover the parcel is zoned, evidenced, free of encumbrance, environmentally cleared, socially licensed, agronomically characterised and security-cleared.

A defended tenure

Encroachment, caveats, competing claims and boundary loss are monitored, resolved and reported every year through one institutional channel.

Market-Ready Output

Production is registered plot to consignment, carrying the traceability that movement permits, certification and European market access require.

Commodity Export Compliance

One package per shipment, proving deforestation-free and legal production from plot to consignment. Built for EUDR and equivalent market rules.

Service Protocol

Scope

Shipment Registration

Verified identity, consignment identifiers, commodity, net weight and statements sought.

Plot Evidence

A point below four hectares, a polygon otherwise, validated against a thirteen-point geometry check.

Deforestation Screening

Two independent satellite sources against the cut-off, monitored continuously to the date of shipment.

Legality Dossier

Land rights, environment, forest rules, third-party rights, labour and human rights, tax, trade and customs.

Risk & Custody

Article 10 risk assessment, Article 11 mitigation where required and mass-balance chain of custody.

Proof

The plot is clean

No deforestation since the cut-off, evidenced by dual-source screening a competent authority can reproduce from the recorded methodology.

The production is legal

The dossier is sourced from the national authorities that issue each instrument, not from self-declaration alone.

The volume adds up

The consignment reconciles to its plot set on a mass-balance basis. A shipment that declares more than its plots produced does not receive a package.

The record survives audit

Every artefact is hashed, ledger-recorded, mapped to the statement field it supports and retained for at least five years.

Our services are interconnected and modular.

We can implement a single service or the full stack with seamless integration.
